A portion of your IIAV dues may be deductible as ordinary and necessary business expense; however, they are not deductible as a charitable contribution. To the extent that IIAV and IIABA engage in lobbying, that portion of the dues is not deductible as ordinary and necessary business expense. The non-deductible portion of dues for 2010 is 12%.
