A portion of your IIAV dues may be deductible as ordinary and necessary business expense; however, they are not deductible as a charitable contribution. To the extent that IIAV and IIABA engage in lobbying, that portion of the dues is not deductible as ordinary and necessary business expense. The non-deductible portion of dues for 2010 is 12%.
 
Congratulations to Jennifer Saunders, IIAV/VFSC's E&O Account Manager on the recent birth of her daughter. Meadow Marie was born on December 6th weighing 7 lbs 8 ozs and 19 inches long. Mother and baby are doing well!
