Celebrating 35 Years of Exceptional Leadership

“The challenge of leadership is to be strong, but not rude; be kind, but not weak; be bold, but not bully; be thoughtful, but not lazy; be humble, but not timid; be proud, but not arrogant; have humor, but without folly.” —Jim Rohn

35 years ago, Linda Loving walked through the doors at IIAV to begin what would be an exceptional tenure and an influence that would be felt across the profession.

Since February 4, 1985, Linda has served independent agents with distinction and we are all better for it.  Not only does the depth of her knowledge of insurance exceed that of most, but her attention to detail, her willingness to do whatever possible to help others, and her ability to be so incredibly thorough in all that she does are just a few of the traits that make her so remarkable.  Her achievements are numerous – from designations she has earned, to awards and honors she has received –all while serving agents across the Commonwealth and even the nation.  As Danny Mitchell so aptly stated, “She is the seam on the football in our office.  She is what holds everything together.”

In addition to her professionalism, we’re all so very fortunate to know her personally.  Linda is one of the most loyal, kind, and hard-working people we know.  (She’s also incredibly funny, often when you least expect it, and so much fun to be around!)  She is constantly adding extra touches and thoughtful gestures to make sure that those around her feel cared for and appreciated.  So today, it’s our turn to show her just how thankful we are for not only all that she does, but who she is.  To know her is to love her and we certainly do.

Please join us in congratulating Linda for her unwavering efforts, celebrating all that she has accomplished, and wishing her a very happy 35th anniversary here at IIAV!

Sincerely,

The IIAV team – Bob, Don, Joe, Bonnie Warren, Melanie, Bonnie Joyce, Teri, Carter, Ally, Rebecca, and Susie
