Moving into a supervisor or managerial role soon? The Associate in Insurance Supervisory Management program (AISM) may be just for you. This program focuses on professional development skills for both new and experienced supervisors and managers. You may be wondering what benefits this program has to offer and here they are:

• You will learn about transitioning into a supervisor role, improving communication, motivation, understanding others, performance appraisals and fair employment laws & regulations.
