We are in the midst of preparing for another year of great educational opportunities here at IIAV. The AIAM, AIP and AISM programs will be offered again in 2011.  Each program focuses on enhancing your professional skill and insurance knowledge.

• Associate in Insurance Account Management (AIAM) - This Best Practice program is designed for experienced CSRs or account managers. There are six days of class spread throughout the year focusing on conflict resolution, time management and relationships within the industry.
• Associate in Insurance Production (AIP) - IIAV has a sales training program that you can use to increase accounts coming to your agency or company. This program contains 12 days of instruction plus mentoring and monthly reports over a 12-month period. Any personal change in an agents’ way of doing things needs to be reinforced with repetition and this program provides that.
• Associate in Insurance Supervisory Management (AISM) - This program covers the transition to supervisor. The program goes over improving communications, motivation, teamwork, leadership, coaching, understanding others, performance appraisals and employment laws/regulations.
