He is dedicated to finding solutions for insurance services that are right for each individual, their family, or business.
His goal is to make insurance easy to understand and buy. He starves to meet the unique needs of every client. He feels that becoming a member of the association will help him grow his business and provide access to the various benefits we offer as well as build strong relations in the industry through networking.

PDS is a new agency that Rita has formed as an off shoot of her Document creation and notary services. She feels the minority community in her area is being under serviced and needed to be addressed.
Rita is committed to the principles of service, integrity, and professionalism. She is looking to offers quality insurance options combined with outstanding service and attention to detail. She is dedicated to finding solutions for insurance services that are right for each individual, their family, or business.
Her goal is to make insurance easy to understand and buy for minorities, especially the Hispanic community. She has had two employees take our pre-licensing class and will be joining the agency once they take the exam.
She feels that becoming a member of the association will help him grow her business and gain access to the various benefits we offer as well as build strong relations in the industry through networking.

The wholesale operations are now live, the first item is a Wind Hail Deductible Buy Down Product. They operate through AEGIS which is a Lloyd’s syndicate with a proven track record of profitable underwriting. Their cutting-edge platform allows quotes in minutes for risk that don’t require any underwriting referral. Volant Programs Inc has partnered with AEGIS to be a surplus lines broker to help expand AEGIS distribution in the USA.
They offer products for Commercial Property risks such as Habitational, Retail and Wholesale, Hotel and Motel, Churches, Education, Industrial risks. They also offer a Deductible Buy Down Limit up to $2.5 million. Volant is currently licensed in AL, DE, DC, GA, LA, MS, NJ, NC, PA, SC, TX, and VA. Commission is 10% for new business and renewals and MD, and FL are next on the list to be added.
They feel they have unique offerings and want to pass on their expertise to their clients. They feel being a member of the IIAV will allow them to become more engaged with the Insurance community and help them create branding, name recognition as well as build strong relationships with the Virginia insurance industry.
