Starting this March, Swiss Re Corporate Solutions is going through a name change to streamline its operations. The financial rating and stability remain the same: AM Best rating is A+ (Superior). Along with the name change brings several policy form enhancements, and policyholders will continue to have free risk management resources from the E&O Happens website.
A few highlights to the new form:
- Two new deductible reduction options
- Consent to settle clause removed
- Insolvency exclusion, relaxing the AM Best rating requirement from B+ to B.
- Enhanced definition of Professional Services to include client referrals
- Key Employee Assistance (New Coverage)
IIAV agency members also have exclusive access to First Specialty Corporation (the non-admitted company of Swiss Re) that has special programs for Keystone Partner agencies, Alliances and/or the larger more complex agencies.
