Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of America, Inc. announced a new feature to the Big “I” Hires portfolio of hiring and HR services! Introducing BigIJobs.com, a searchable job listing site where ALL the jobs posted by Big “I” members through the IdealTraits platform can be found. Today, there are over 450 ACTIVE job postings on the site nationwide.
BigIJobs.com is a free service for our members and state associations and we hope all our state partners will add the link (www.bigijobs.com) to their sites to help job seekers find opportunities with YOUR members! The site has all the same search attributes as popular job boards such as Job Type, Location, Date Posted, Remote Work, Salary, etc. and once the searcher locates a job they have an interest in, they can hit the link, read the description and APPLY right on the site. It’s that easy!
The site will be a great addition for associations who offer recruiting at the college or high school level, with the ability to point those interested in a career in insurance directly to a site that has active postings. BigIJobs.com is updated daily as new positions are added, and as positions are filled or the posting expires they are automatically removed so it always displays “active” job postings.
As many agencies are now considering “remote” workers, we have included the ability for agencies to note that they will consider hiring a remote employee, and surprisingly about 75% of the postings are including this as an option, greatly expanding their field of potential hires.
