Jonathan has been in the insurance industry for 30+ years. He established his agency in 1984 which merged with Dominion Analytics in 2001 and then sold to Onedigital in 2011. He has served as one of the principals there since that time. OneDigital is a leading Employee Benefits Workplace Consultant. They partner with brokers, other agents and financial services companies to manage small group employee benefit clients.
Jonathan has now decided to become independent again to focus on managing employee benefit plans for groups, consulting on Income continuation plans and Long-Term Care planning in Virginia. He is skilled at finding and negotiating the best coverage for the best value possible. He feels being a member of the IIAV is not only important to assist him in enhancing his branding and name recognition but also to support our legislative efforts.

Nationwide has been a strong supporter and member of the association since 2009 but due to a great deal of internal organizational changes their membership lapsed last year. They have a new territorial structure for VA and NC being handled by Beth Gillespie out of Raleigh, NC.
They are very excited to rejoin and become involved in the many functions the IIAV offers each year. They are happy to be able to partner with the IIAV and assist us in providing services not only Nationwide agents that have transitioned to the independent sector but all of our members.
