I am pleased to announce the promotion of Diana Fulton to the role of Territory Sales Director (TSD), effective February 3, reporting directly to me. Diana joined Hanover Personal Lines in April of 2009 as the Territory Sales Manager for the Richmond to Tidewater region, working with some of our largest Agency partners to build market share. Prior to this role, Diana spent two years as a Surety Bond Underwriter with Hanover, evolving through the Future Leaders Program.
A graduate of East Carolina University with a BSBA in Business and Marketing, Diana has earned her CIC designation, was awarded Carrier Representative of the Year for both the PIA and IIAV in 2016, and recently achieved Hanover's Great Escape recognition for the second consecutive year. She is also currently serving on a Prestige focused Rapid Results team.
Diana loves being involved in the community, including volunteering and raising donations for Junior Achievement, Massey Cancer Center and Henrico Doctors NICU, where her son spent four months. She also led Hanover's Richmond branch United Way campaign for 12 years. Diana currently resides in Virginia Beach with her husband, Chandler, and their two children, Caroline and Luke.
