April, May then June and the Convention

I tell you…if you don’t come to this convention you will be kicking yourself when you hear from others that went.

It’s no secret that I generally don’t like motivational speakers ... and the Dallas Cowboys were not my favorite team growing up ... but you have to appreciate greatness and what it takes to get there, and I was blown away by Darren Woodson’s message. His perspective on creating a culture of excellence is something you would want to bring to your agency and yourself personally. Holding yourself to the highest of standards is something we should all aspire to. You will NOT want to miss hearing from Darren Woodson!

Your convention committee did a GREAT job of putting together a great outline of speakers:

Not one but two Keynotes – including Ron White and the Five Secrets to an Unstoppable Memory. (For me, thank God for name badges.) But Ron’s got the secret and those who have heard him are his greatest promoters. If you’re an agency producer, don’t miss Ron’s message and you’ll wonder how he does it and how you can learn from him.

Claudia St. John – back by popular demand discussing on Tips on Attracting and Retaining Generation Y Agents

Leadership 360 with agency leaders – Zack Brandau, with Core Assurance Partners; Drew Monroe with Prosper Insurance Group; Brittany Totty with Towne Insurance and Ben Winters with Winter-Oliver Agency – each highly regarded as industry leaders in our own backyard.

We can’t tell you how happy we are to welcome Bill Anderson back to IIAV and he’s on a mission to make everyone the best sales professional out there.

Suzanne Novak with ERUdyne on  When Mitigating Risk Meets a Disaster – What are the Unintended Consequences – preparing for the unexpected.

Candace Funsch and Travis Whitmill with EVOLVE MGA – the company that translates cyber into English. IIAV endorses Evolve and their cyber program because of their commitment to customer service and ability to translate this “evolving” issue to the needs of today’s business.

And besides the engagement with these sessions, there’s the trade show, and plenty of time for fun and networking.  And who doesn’t want to go to the beach?

Seriously – go to www.iiav.com and sign up today for the IIAV 120th annual convention!

Lead the Way!
