Blacksburg - 109 New Apartments Planned
A new community geared towards graduate students and working professionals is planned for the area of South Main and Dowdy Driive near the VT Corporate Research Center.
Lynchburg Grant Funding for Rehabilitating Housing Available
In an effort to increase low income housing options, Lynchburg has made some changes to it's block grant funding.

California based Community Preservation Partners purchased 216 unit Midlothian village and plans a name change and rehabilitation of this high crime property.
