BRAC hosted our membership luncheon on March 15th and paired it with a morning education seminar. The seminar had 2 segments with the first being "The Survey Says..." presented by Mary Gwyn with Apartment Dynamics and the second was "Closing Techniques" presented by Joanna Munsey with Rentpath. Our luncheon featured a keynote speech by Mary Gwyn titled "Press The Easy Button". We also presented an award to The Villas at Southern Ridge, a Frye Properties community, for collecting the most food during our 2015 food drive with 311 lbs of food donated from their community alone. BRAC, as a whole, donated 2,043 lbs of food during our 2015 Food Drive for the Blue Ridge Area Food Bank and this month we will be kicking off our 2016 Food Drive.
