CVAA Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) Course

CVAA hosted the Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) Course this March at the VAMA Office Training Room for industry professionals looking to improve their knowledge and boost their confidence as apartment managers. Their course topics included Human Resource Management, Legal Responsibilities, Fair Housing, Management of Residential Issues, Marketing, Risk Management, Maintenance for Managers, Financial Management, and Research, Analysis and Evaluation. Instructors included several of our industry leaders, including Patrick McCloud, Lauren Curley, Stephanie Anderson, Kiersten Downing, Chris Tinsley and Bill Nye. The CAM designation is a nationally recognized education course that sets above-average managers apart from their peers while staying engaged and involved with the apartment association.
