BRAC Chapter Update

Members of BRAC have had a busy calendar of events! We enjoyed our recent evening out at our Happy Hour & Trivia Night as we said farewell to summer with good food, fine company and great networking! We also hosted another successful golf tournament at Old Trail. Everyone enjoyed listening to our guest speaker at the recent September luncheon, Mr. Johnnie Barr, Business Action Coach. We would like to extend another big thank you to our vendor member sponsors from our of events!

BRAC is proud to be hosting our 2nd Annual Maintenance Appreciation Day and Maintenance Mania® on Thursday, October 9, 2014! Maintenance Professionals are a vital part of the apartment industry and because of this we would like to dedicate a special day to them. Not only will there be Maintenance Seminars, networking and food, but we will also be hosting our 2nd annual Maintenance Mania® competition! Come out and support your maintenance staff! Maintenance Mania® is a national competition where maintenance personnel are able to compete against each other in various skill-based games. This is a great way to bring together your Maintenance Team in this fun filled event!

 

Do you have any new leasing agents on your team? You may be interested in Fair Housing Training for them! On November 6th Mally Mason will be teaching a Fair Housing class in Charlottesville.
