We have various upcoming opportunities for our members, both Owner/Managers and Associates. We are hosting our monthly Independent Rental Owner meetings on July 11th and on August 8th, as well as our Associates meeting on July 15th.
This fall we are happy to be hosting a NALP (National Apartment Leasing Professionals) Course in Charlottesville. The course will begin September 4th and run through September 25th. The NALP course is designed to teach leasing professionals skills to help them become top producers. Read more about the course on the VAMA website, and consider applying for a VAMA scholarship for the course.
We are also excited about our annual BRAC Golf Tournament in September. This event is hosted at the Old Trail Golf Club (oldtrailgolf.com) in Crozet. Each year we have beverages, food, and contests. This is a great opportunity for networking and sponsorships.
