BRAC hosted our March Quarterly Luncheon on Tuesday, March 25th at The Boars Head Inn where our vendors put on a trade show for the Owner/Managers and gave away door prizes. There were 19 vendors participating. We also put on a silent auction with many prizes donated by our members. In addition, we announced the winners of our Professional Awards. Congratulations to the following winners of these distinguished awards.
Property Manager of the Year: James Watson, Management Services Corporation
Assistant Property Manager of the Year: Jean Brown, Frye Properties - University Heights
Leasing Consultant of the Year: Erica Griffin, Cathcart Management
Maintenance Supervisor of the Year: Joe Sacre, Cathcart Management
Maintenance Technician of the Year: Mike Shrader, Cathcart Management
Associate Member of the Year: Stephen Rutherford, Sherwin Williams
We have several educational opportunities coming up this Spring. Leah Brewer, The Leasing Queen, will be giving a marketing seminar on turning leads into leases on May 8th. A CAM class will begin April 11th and this will be BRAC's first blended learning CAM course online & classroom learning. There will also be a Fair Housing Seminar on April 29th, featuring Chip Dicks.
