New VAMA Registration Process – Easy as 1, 2, 3!

 

You may have noticed that registrations are opening sooner and closing sooner for events.  VAMA is moving to digital invoices and pre-function payment over the course of the next few months.  We could use your help!

  1. Please send your preferred email contact for invoices to accountingar@vamaonline.org.  Make sure that your community or company name and address are in your email signature!
  2. Login and register at least 2 weeks prior to the event and process the invoice immediately – each time you register for an event, the invoice is available immediately! Additionally, moving forward all invoices must be paid before the date of the associated event.
  3. Credit card Rates ONLY apply to those who pay at the time of registration.  If you chose the CC rate, pay by CC at the same time to get the discount.  If a CC is not used at the time of registration, the rate will be adjusted to the “invoice me” rate.
