CVAA: Maintenance Mania Winners

CVAA celebrated Maintenance Staff from across the Central Virginia Area at the annual Maintenance Mania day. Maintenance staff enjoyed a two part educational session in the morning, instructed by Phil Hull, Training Center Director with Community Housing Partners, covering mold prevention, moisture maintenance and preventing comfort complaints.
Owner/Manager office staff members joined maintenance teams in the afternoon to cheer on their team players for the annual games sponsored by HD Supply. Congratulations to the winners of the following games:

Spectators that came out to cheer on their teams engaged in a spirit competition between companies. From noisemakers and pom-poms, to customized t-shirts, all teams brought their supportive spirit. Special congratulations to the winner of the spirit competition, Main Street Realty who won $200 towards a team lunch.
