VRHC hosted their first Morning Motivator of 2017 on January 26th and it was a great event with over 20 attendees discussing winter weather concerns and what you can do to protect your property, company AND your residents. This discussion was moderated by John Henry Jordan, the VP of Facilities for Management Services Corporation, and was hosted in the clubhouse at Windigrove Apartments in Waynesboro, one of our newer member communities. We all heard and shared some very useful information and are looking forward to many more events like this in the future! Our next Morning Motivator will be hosted on February 21st at 865 East in Harrisonburg (10AM - 12PM). That meeting will feature a Student Resident Panel so that we can hear some feedback about what our student residents find most and least important when it comes to off grounds housing.
