BRAC's Internet Listing Service (ILS) Is Evolving!

The BRAC Website Committee has been working hard and, over the past 2 years, has made many changes to www.brac.com, BRAC's Internet Listing Service (ILS) and how it works. We wanted to be sure that our members are aware of these changes. As you know BRAC now has a mobile website and switched to property level listings versus unit listings, similar to other competing ILSs. We have also added a map feature with geo-tags for your property because many of our site visitors prefer to search by map. All of these features have made the site a more valuable user experience.

But that isn't all, recently we have developed an online marketing campaign and added tracking measures for page views and visitor contacts. Each time that you log into your BRAC.com account, you will see 2 boxes at the top right; "Detail Page Views - Last 65 Days" and "Visitor Contacts - Last 90 Days". The page views tells you how many times visitors have clicked on and viewed each of your property pages (stats are listed out per property). The visitor contacts tells you how many visitors have completed the "Contact Property" form and requested additional information about your property.

Our tracking measures have provided the following Year over Year comparisons from August 1, 2016 through December 31, 2016:

23% increase in website traffic

75% increase in mobile visits

8,038 new visits from ads (BRAC's online marketing campaign)

We are very excited to share this information with you and hope that you are all pleased with these changes. Our Website Committee will continue working to keep BRAC.com as a competitive ILS.  This is just one more benefit of being a member of VAMA and BRAC!
