Antitrust Law - What You Need to Know! A VAA Lunch & Learn

Print this Article | Send to Colleague

Antitrust Laws apply to virtually all industries and to every level of business. These laws prohibit a variety of practices that could monopolize or restrain trade, such as price-fixing, bid rigging, and corporate mergers to reduce the competitive vigor of particular markets, and predatory acts designed to achieve or maintain monopoly power.

Members, come join us on July 27, 2017, 12 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., at the Troutman Sanders Building in Richmond as VAA Counsel, Hugh Fain with Spotts Fain PC talks about the impact of antitrust laws on the asphalt industry in the past and best practices to avoid violating the laws today.
