Leadership of USCC's 15 chapters will gather on Thursday, Jan. 26 in Ontario, CA for the COMPOST2023 Chapter Training and Chapter Networking Soiree, sponsored by SCS Engineers, a USCC member who has had many employees involved in Chapter leadership.

The daylong "chapter track” will include sessions on:

  • Chapter Success by Wendy Scott, CAE who in 2020 wrote USCC’s Chapters Beyond 2020 Report that has guided the Chapter Advisory Committee as our chapters program expands and grows more sophisticated and professional.
  • Advocacy Wins for Chapters by Chapter leaders Kellie Kish of MNCC; Isaac Bearg of NJCC and Dan Matsch of COCC.
  • A deep-dive for insights into Chapter roles in DEIA by the USCC’s DEIA Working Group.
  • An overview of Chapter Resources, including a new Succession Planning Guide.

Anyone may attend the Chapter track sessions, whether you’re in a chapter, a chapter leader or want to form a chapter.

We will also host all conference goers at the Second Annual Chapter Networking Soiree at 1:00-1:45 p.m. on Thursday, where each chapter will have chapter leaders, resources and prizes for those who come to network with others to learn about how and who is involved in USCC chapters.

We hope to see you at all of these events!
