USCC joins Kiss the Ground’s REGENERATE AMERICA Farmer Leadership Council

This past week the USCC joined the Kiss the Ground Regenerate America Farmer Leadership Council. Regenerate America™ is a diverse, bipartisan coalition of farmers, businesses, nonprofits, and citizens working together to transform the 2023 Farm Bill. The coalition is propelled by its working groups, guided by a Farmer Leadership Council and Steering Committee, and stewarded by Kiss the Ground.
Compost should be integral to the regeneration of our soils and our food systems. The USCC will work with Kiss the Ground to advocate for the inclusion of funding vehicles to support compost manufacturing and utilization through the Farm Bill.
