We’ve launched! With great excitement, the US Composting Council along with the Compost Research & Education Foundation is happy to announce our new industry-focused online learning management system. Compost University is now live!

Our goal with Compost U is to provide an on-demand educational resource for our members and industry professionals who are looking to advance their continuing education objectives and aspirations while making it easy to overcome challenges caused by limited time and ability to travel.

Compost U combines industry-leading content from USCC and CREF training and education resources, including conference talks, webinars, short classes and new longer advanced courses.  This new platform offers hundreds of digital coursework covering a wide range of business, science, management, safety, and technical topics which can be taken anytime, anywhere.

The new Compost Scholars Program has also launched! Now everyone can earn Continuing Education Credits automatically recorded and tracked in your USCC Profile. Certified Compost Operation Managers (CCOMs) and Certified Composting Professionals (CCPs) will receive Professional Development Hours (PDHs), helping them maintain their credential.

Compost U is linked to the USCC’s database so you only need to sign in to your USCC account to access your Compost U course. If you are not ready to join the USCC, you can still register with us to take courses and earn credits. Reach out today to learn about the benefits of being a USCC member.

Please note that if you are having an issue with your sign-in, and you have not renewed your USCC membership, please be sure that you are a member in good standing before you proceed.

If you run into any bugs or issues, please contact us! We welcome your feedback.

Celebrate Compost U Launch with a 25% Discount! To receive a first-time discount, just ask! The deadline to receive the discount is September 30, 2022

Compost University will help USCC and CREF to bolster the industry and train the current and next generation of compost professionals.

Here’s to building your skills, and in turn, building a strong composting industry!

Learn here. Grow here. THRIVE here.
