Education
PHCC Texas Continues to Provide Education and Training During Coronavirus Outbreak
In response to the heightened guidance by the government on limiting contact, PHCC has suspended in-person classes through April 19. We are continuing to offer education through correspondence and will be updating our delivery methods to include live virtual classrooms until in-person training can be resumed. We recognize the importance of in-person instruction and look forward to rescheduling those classes as soon as possible.

Texas Governor Greg Abbott Issues Executive Order GA 08
On March 19, 2020, Texas Governor Greg Abbott issued Executive Order GA 08 in response to the coronavirus pandemic currently affecting our nation. The order is effective midnight Friday, 3/20 – Friday, 4/3 (may be extended).
White House Identifies Plumbers as ‘Essential Critical Infrastructure Workers’ in Guidance for Response to COVID-19
The President and U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) have issued a Coronavirus Guidance for America identifying plumbers and other tradespeople as “essential critical infrastructure workers” as our nation responds to the threat of COVID-19.
