On August 6, 2019, New Jersey became the fourth state to adopt a “wage theft” statute for wage and hour violations. The new law provides for jail time in addition to increasing the fines for criminal convictions for underpaying workers.

8-Hr Residential PLBG Code San Antonio: 10/17/19 - 10/18/19
Must attend both days for full credit. 8-Hr Residential Plbg Code (IRC) is required by the Texas State Plumbing Board for those planning on taking the Tradesman or Journeyman's license exam (Section 363.12). PHCC Texas is a state authorized provider of this training and issues the necessary certificate for scheduling the exam with TSBPE.
10-HR OSHA San Antonio: 10/17/19 - 10/18/19
Everyone completing this course receives a wallet card from OSHA good for 3 years and certificate of completion. This course is a proven money saving approach to OSHA approved training, meeting General Contractor’s requirements. PHCC Texas is approved by the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners to teach OSHA for those sitting for the Tradesman or Journeyman Exam.
18-Hr Commercial PLBG Code San Antonio: 10/19/19 - 10/20/19
18-Hr Commercial Plbg Code (UPC, IPC, Fuel Gas) is required by the Texas State Plumbing Board for those planning on taking the Journeyman's license exam (Section 363.12). PHCC is a TSBPE authorized provider of this training. 1 Hr each day for lunch on your own.
Responsible Master Plumber Training Buda: 10/25/19 - 10/27/19
This 24-Hr course covers finance; legal; local, state & federal rules/regulations; insurance - bonds - workman’s comp; OSHA awareness; customer service as adopted in Section 363.13.  Students who successfully complete the full 3-day course will receive an official PHCC 'Certificate of Completion' as proof of having fulfilled all RMP education requirements and for filing with the TSBPE.
