Join TIA and the Primus Law Office beginning next week for new Virtual Instructor-Led Training sessions, Transportation, Logistics & The Law 2020 – Staying Out of Trouble! This four-part session will focus on the laws, regulations and court cases that 3PLs need to identify and minimize legal and financial risks in their day-to-day operations. All sessions take place from 2:00 – 3:00 PM ET and include: Dec. 1: Motor Carrier Legalities This training will focus on the payment obligations of brokers to their carriers and on the customer’s obligations to the broker.
