Jon Taffer, international speaker, creator and host of Paramount Network’s hit show Bar Rescue will be the keynote speaker at the Annual Capital Ideas Conference & Exhibition to be held April 10-13, 2019, at Loews Royal Pacific Resort at Universal, Orlando. Taffer will deliver the keynote address on Friday, April 12 at 10:00 AM.

Now in its sixth season, it was the brainchild of Taffer who has been in the bar and restaurant industry since 1978 when he started as a bar manager at the famed West Hollywood music club “The Troubadour”. Now a much in demand corporate consultant, Taffer is known for his unprecedented industry experience and trademarked Reaction Management™ strategy to offer advice on everything from menu design to cost management.
