MercuryGate is being acquired by Boston-based alternative investment firm Summit Partners.
As part of the deal, it’s getting a new CEO in Joe Juliano, a serial technology executive who takes over for co-founder Monica Wooden. Wooden will transition to a customer-facing role as chief revenue officer, while her cofounder, company president Steve Blough, will stay on as chief product officer.
