Print this Article | Send to Colleague

In 2020, eight college seniors were working on a semester-long project for an NFL team. The NFL team handed over two data sets to analyze to see if the students could find things their analysts could not. In the end, the students presented their research findings, and uncovered several things the analysis had not seen; however, once the presentations were over, a representative of the team informed the project manager they would not be doing any more projects with the students due to “multiple incidents of unprofessional behavior.”

A professionalism course was developed and covers:

•    The Fundamentals of Workplace Professionalism

•    Six Key Components of Workplace Professionalism

•    How to Write Professional Business Emails

•    Phone Etiquette for Professionals

•    Presentations In The Workplace

•    Formal vs. Informal Communication

We are creating this course and adding it to the New Employee Orientation course. Here's your opportunity for a sneak peek at the first module! Register now, as access is only open for the month of October.
