What About Those Multitasking Wonders Out There Who Handle Both Shippers and Carriers?

This role, commonly called “Cradle-to-Grave” is less common than it used to be, but it still presents some interesting variations when considering pay rates for “brokers” across the country.

Data is based on the 2019 TIA Compensation Survey reflected pay data from more than 13,000 incumbents for the year 2018 using the medians of actual employee pay data not self-reported company averages.

And total compensation for these whiz kids? Eh…not so much right?
