Wednesday Pre-Conference Workshop
Separate Realities: Beyond Thinking Outside the Box for Nursing Leaders
Presented by Lyn McCright and Teresa Walding, Executive Nurse Coaching

Resilience is settling yourself down to have clarity when staff seem overwhelmed and fearful. Resilience helps all of us be at ease in the midst of chaos, with nothing more added to your plate. Resilience, experienced as awareness and presence is important in professional development, for ourselves and our colleagues. We have all heard and told stories of resilience. Until now, we have not had a paradigm to fully explain the logic behind resilience.

After attending this workshop:

  • You will be able to realize new levels of insight in nursing—finding the “easy button” for nursing leaders.
  • You will be able to insight-fully explore a new pathway designed to strengthen self development and creatively apply the science of mental life to healthcare approaches for all.
  • You will be equipped with resources that assist you in articulating the healthcare evolution after examining the Resilience Paradigm as a groundbreaking approach to health education, research and evidence-based practice.

This workshop can be added to your virtual conference registration for a $50 fee. We look forward to your participation!
