How has TAHFM/ASHE contributed to your career?
It has brought me in contact with facility and operations managers at the local area healthcare facilities. We would like to be able to increase our epoxy flooring installation business with these customers.

Background into the field of healthcare facilities
We are an epoxy floor contractor. We specialize in the furnishing and installation of epoxy, resinous and slip-resistant coatings and floors. We have installed floors at Memorial Hermann Sugar Land, Life Science, Medical Center, U of H College of Medicine, HCC Coleman Building, etc.

Personal Tidbit
I enjoy fishing and shooting pool.

What do you enjoy most about your job?
The challenge to bid on projects, and then turn around get the owners the best option for their projects, and have it be successful projects for all parties involved. I still enjoy the chase after nearly 42 years in the floor business.

What are your plans for future growth?
Continue to offer our floor expertise and services to the health care community and their facilities.

The Membership Committee's mission is to recognize and get to know our current members better. The depth of knowledge within this group is something that we should all be proud of. As a committee, we feel that we can all learn something from each other, but that this can only be done if we share a little bit about ourselves. In an effort to get to know each other better, we have created the "Member Spotlight" where a TAHFM member will be spotlighted through our monthly TAHFM Pulse Newsletter. This is our chance to highlight you and your success to others in this industry. We are proud of our members and would be honored if you would participate.
