The Level 1A Plant Production Specialist certification program prepares individuals to sample and test hot mix asphalt produced at the plant in accordance with TxDOT Test Procedures and Specifications.

Starting this August, the Hot Mix Asphalt Center (HMAC) will no longer offer the weeklong training/certification class.
