CERTIFICATION NEWS FROM THE HMAC
The Texas Department of Transportation has shipped all Soils & Flexible Bases Proficiency Samples (SB 101, 103 & 201). If you have not received your sample by September 15, contact the Hot Mix Asphalt Center at 512-312-2099. All specialists will have approximately one and a half months to perform and submit results on the HMAC
