The TXAPA 8th Annual Midyear Meeting will be held at The Torrey Pines Lodge in LaJolla, California. The meeting is set for June 28-July 1, 2015. This is a beautiful location just north of San Diego on the Pacific Ocean. The room block is over but rooms are still available at the hotel rates.

The Texas Asphalt Pavement Association has won the Outstanding Website Award by NAPA. TXAPA will be honored at the Awards Luncheon on July 13 at their midyear meeting which will be held at the Sheraton Hotel in Denver, Colorado.

All projects for the 2015 TxDOT / TXAPA Quality in Pavements awards program have been turned in. The committee will be meeting next week to review the nominated projects and assign an evaluation team to look at each project.
