The Texas Asphalt Pavement Association is actively seeking a new staff member to join the TXAPA Team. We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated to represent the asphalt pavement industry and assist in the expansion of the promotion and communications aspects of the Association.

The TXAPA 6th Annual MId-Year Meeting was held in Lake Jackson Lodge, Moran, Wyoming, June 17-19, 2013. We had a record attendance and the meeting was a huge success. the weather was perfect in such a beautiful setting. TXAPA members enjoyed great technical sessions, wildlife encounters, rafting and hiking, just to mention a few.

The 2013 TXAPA 39th Annual Meeting will be held at the Hyatt Regency River Walk in San Antonio, Texas. Be sure to mark your calendars now for this important event. The dates are September 25-28, 2013.

The 2013 Hot Mix Asphalt Center calendar is available online at www.txhmac.org. There is a list of open dates available that the Hot Mix Asphalt Center can add a class if needed. It is important to know that the Center will work with any company to fulfill certification needs.
