 TXAPA and Women of Asphalt Texas are committed to bring our industry a game-changing workforce development campaign. Last month we kicked off with surveys directed at upper management. We've gotten incredible response and are ready to move to the next step which is to release an employee survey. We believe our current team members will likely be the most critical voices in this process. Their insights are crucial to understanding how we can meet our next generation workforce where they are and position TXAPA members as the opportunity they seek. You will receive an email with links to the employee survey in both English and Spanish along with suggestions for best results.
If you are a member of management, we ask that you PLEASE take a moment and facilitate your teams taking these surveys, particularly those that are in positions you are currently struggling to attract talent in.
If your manager asks you to take this survey, we thank you in advance for your valuable assistance. Your participation will help us to get the word out about opportunities in our industry to great people like you!

Let’s promote asphalt pavement in Texas by showing over 5,000 subscribers what we can do!  Hurry and book your rooms before the block sells out. As always, the Annual Meeting is your opportunity to connect with the people and ideas that make our industry great … and of course we will have a little fun! TXAPA is excited to announce that Texas Country legend Pat Green will headline our TXAPA Scholarship Night Celebration. Don’t miss it!  Calling All Women of Asphalt! Every Wednesday we want to celebrate YOU on our social media accounts. Send us your OTJ pics and be sure to include names and a brief description of the work being performed, etc. We will include the names of everyone who submits a photo for WofA Wednesday in a drawing to win a JBL FLIP 5, Waterproof Portable Bluetooth Speaker with a case!

Maximize Your Membership
 The interactive PDFs walking users through SS3076 and SS3077 are now available for everyone to use on TexasAsphalt.org. After watching Jim Warren's user guide video, both documents are available to download and navigate. If you have any questions, please contact Jim Warren or Chuck Fuller.
