Tex-499-A, "Aggregate Quality Monitoring Program" (Spec Committee No. Tex-499-A-201911-3)

The primary revisions to the DMS/test procedure are:

• Addition of Coefficient of Thermal Expansion (CoTE),
• added a section with current information of process to add new aggregate sources,
• removed crushed face count from SAC criteria, and
• editorial & clarification revisions.
