TXAPA member Bruce Spracklen, TSIT, and TXAPA’s Larry Welch recently held a one-day training event with the City of Dallas asphalt inspection group. Engineers and Inspectors with the city attended. The city submitted specific topics to discuss and presentations were delivered based on their needs. Improved inspection of asphalt placement was among the goals established by the City of Dallas. This is the second in a series of seminars being conducted with the City of Dallas. TXAPA would like to thank Mr. Spracklen and TSIT for their efforts in helping build the Partners in Quality relationship with the City of Dallas.
