ELVIS BROWN RETIRES

Elvis Brown has been an Evaluator/Instructor at the Hot Mix Asphalt Center since the center opened in January of 1993. After 20 years at the center, he retired at the end of October.

Elvis was respected and known by so many, he will be missed at the center and in the industry. We wish him and his family the best!
