TxDOT’s Proposed Asphalt Pavement Specifications

TxDOT has published 2nd round draft versions of the proposed special specifications to replace Item 340, 341 (Special Specification 3224), 342, 344 and 346. The Texas Asphalt Pavement Association’s Specification Committee reviewed the specs at the TXAPA mid-year meeting in Lake Tahoe and a joint meeting with AGC was held to further develop comments to the specifications.
