During Thursday’s regular monthly meeting The Texas Transportation Commission announced Phil Wilson as TxDOT’s new Executive Director. Mr. Wilson will begin his term on October 17th of this year.
Previously, Mr. Wilson served as Texas Secretary of State and is currently senior vice president of public affairs for an electric generation company in Dallas by the name of Luminant.
