A Request to Support Lifelong Asphalt Man and TXAPA Member Al Farrell

A message from the family of Al Farrell:

Albee was diagnosed with Stage 4 pancreatic cancer the day before Thanksgiving 11/25/2020. Unfortunately, it has spread to his liver. He is currently undergoing chemotherapy which he will be on for the remainder of his life. With the aggressive treatment he is needing, he is incapable of working due to the side effects of chemotherapy and the extreme pain the tumor is causing. Also, being immunocompromised puts him at high risk for catching COVID-19 and other illnesses.

For those of you who know Albee personally, you know that he is the most kind, caring, happy and loving man; that would give the shirt off his back to help anyone in need. He loves to spend time with his family, BBQ delicious food every weekend, and is always inviting people over to try new recipes that he has made. Watching him go through this is absolutely heartbreaking.

Any amount that you are willing to donate would be more than greatly appreciated, and our family will be forever grateful. If you cannot contribute, please do us a favor and share this post. We thank you all for your support, love and prayers.
