TXAPA has created a new guidance document to help contractors better partner with TxDOT to be in compliance with the Liquid Asphalt Binder Sampling and Testing Program. The document includes links to several supporting documents that provide even more detailed information. This document was designed to be another tool in the contractor's toolbox for quality asphalt pavement.
