TXAPA Honors Randy Hopmann Upon Retirement from TxDOT

TXAPA Executive Vice President Harold Mullen presented Randy Hopmann with a heartfelt tribute and a token of appreication for Randy's many years of partnership with the Association. Hopmann retired in August from TxDOT as Director of District Operations after having served for 35 years at the agency.
