This year’s 43rd TXAPA Annual Meeting will be held at the La Torretta Lake Resort & Spa, Montgomery, Texas; September 19-22, 2017. We are looking forward to providing our industry with a fantastic meeting.
Each year we are very fortunate to have dedicated members who generously contribute sponsorship funds to make our Annual Meeting a huge success. This year we want to offer that same opportunity to our membership in order for the 2017 TXAPA Annual Meeting to be a beneficial meeting that is filled with the educational, networking, entertaining and training opportunities that will continue to TXAPA partners sharpen their competitive edge. This year we will once again offer the Gold Sponsorship opportunity and Event Sponsorship opportunities.
The following Gold Sponsorship is being offered to all members:
• Gold Sponsor - $2,000, includes the following:
1) Recognition in the Official Program
2) Special Ribbon on Nametags
3) Listing on Sponsorship Signs Posted At All Functions
4) Special Recognition at the Thursday Luncheon
The following Event Sponsorships are being offered to all members:
Event sponsors will be recognized in the official program, by ribbons on name tags of those attending from the sponsoring firms, special signage at the sponsored event, recognition at the Thursday luncheon and a power point presentation of all event sponsors that will run throughout the meeting during indoor social functions. There are full event or co-sponsor event sponsorships available for each event.
1) Tuesday Night Dinner / Casino / Entertainment: $20,000 Full Event Sponsorship or $10,000 each for two (2) Co-Event Sponsors or $5,000 each for four (4) Co-Event Sponsors
2) Wednesday Full Breakfast Buffet: $8,000 Full Event Sponsorship or $2,000 each for four (4)
Co-Event Sponsors
3) Thursday Full Breakfast Buffet: $8,000 Full Event Sponsorship or $2,000 each for four (4)
Co-Event Sponsors
4) Thursday Joint Luncheon: $15,000 Full Event Sponsorship or $7,500 each for two (2) Co-Event Sponsors or $5,000 each for three (3) Co-Event Sponsors
5 ) Thursday Night Dinner/Auction: $20,000 Full Event Sponsorship or $10,000.00 each for two (2) Co-Event Sponsors or $5,000 each for four (4) Co-Event Sponsors
6) Thursday Evening Special – Kevin Fowler Concert: $20,000 Full Event Sponsorship or $10,000 each for two (2) Co-Event Sponsors or $5,000 each for four (4) Co-Event Sponsors
7) Friday Awards Breakfast: $15,000 Full Event Sponsorship or $7,500 each for two (2) Co-Event Sponsors or $5,000 each for three (3) Co-Event Sponsors
8) Golf Tournament Box Lunch: $3,500 Full Event Sponsorship
9) Sporting Clay Shooting Tournament: $3,500 Full Event Sponsorship
Again, event sponsors will receive the highest recognition of all meeting sponsors. They will be recognized in the official program, by ribbons on name tags of those attending from the sponsoring firms, special signage at the sponsored event, recognition at the Thursday luncheon and a power point presentation of all event sponsors that will run throughout the meeting during indoor social functions.
Annual meeting registration packets have been emailed and mailed as hard copies to membership and is also available on the TXAPA website, www.texasasphalt.org. For those member firms sponsoring or co-sponsoring an event, an invoice will be mailed to you for your convenience.
