Partners In Quality (PIQ) Meetings Held This Month

As of today, we have held 18 meetings throughout the state. Interesting topics that have been discussed are work zone safety, quality placement of asphalt, and the need for training and education. Several districts, with the contractors in agreement, have expressed concerns over new hires. Training and education is a reoccurring topic for both the contractor and the State. Openness in communication is the key with all our discussions, so please plan on attending and participating in in your area.
PIQ meetings were held this month in the Pharr, Amarillo / Childress, Wichita Falls, Fort Worth and Corpus Christi Districts.
