TXAPA Strategic Planning Session

The TXAPA Strategic Planning Session has become one of the most important meetings of the year for the Association. This year’s meeting was recently held in San Antonio with 20 members participating in the three day workshop. Board Members, Committee Chairs and Associate and Major Associate Directors participated in the event. This year’s meeting focused on long lasting asphalt pavements, quality initiatives and addressing change in our industry. The Board of Directors will be reviewing the action items stemming from the meeting and receiving monthly reports on TXAPA’s progress of accomplishing the goals and objectives established during the meeting.
